The purpose of this project was to determine the feasibility and potential benefits that can be achieved by developing new crop insurance programs for a tree, vine, and bush replacement program. Alternatively, the purpose is to study the feasibility of revising existing crop insurance programs to accommodate a tree, vine, and bush replacement program that serves the needs of producers who grow these crops.
