The objective of this project was to obtain data and information of commercially grown energy crops and provide a feasibility study that will assist RMA in determining the type of risk management products and/or potential new risk management tools, which might be used to provide protection to meet the needs of dedicated energy crop producers.

AgriLogic Consulting delivered a final feasibility report to RMA in April 2011 addressing the feasiblity of providing crop insurnace on camelina, energy cane, and switchgrass.
