The Crop & Livestock Income Protection (CLIP) Insurance Program is now available for the 2026 crop year!

CLIP was developed by AgriLogic Consulting along with the Texas Corn Producers Association and the Colorado Corn Growers Association. CLIP is a federally subsidized crop insurance program that provides an innovative form of umbrella revenue protection coverage intended to work in conjunction with two or more individual commodity Federal Revenue Protection (RP) policies.

The Sugar Beet Revenue (SBR) Crop Insurance Program is currently being developed by AgriLogic Consulting. The program will provide producers with crop insurance coverage against both yield losses due to natural causes and revenue losses resulting from a decrease from the projected to the harvest price.

The Forage Revenue Insurance Program is currently being developed by AgriLogic Consulting along with the National Alfalfa & Forage Alliance. This program is designed to provide producers with federally subsidized revenue protection for their forage production.

The Grapevine Insurance Program has been approved by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation for implementation in select counties in CA, ID, MI, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX and WA. The policy protects vineyards against death of grafted vines due to freeze, hail, flood, fire, and failure of the irrigation water supply.

The Weaned Calf Risk Protection Insurance Program developed by AgriLogic Consulting in collaboration with Windmark Insurance was approved by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) Board of Directors on August 18, 2022. This program is designed to provide beef cow-calf producers with federally subsidized revenue protection for their calves up to weaning age.

The Pomegranate Crop Insurance Program developed by AgriLogic Consulting was approved by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) Board of Directors on August 18, 2022. Pomegranates are a high value tree fruit crop predominately grown in the San Joaquin Valley of California.

The Kiwifruit Actual Production History (APH) insurance program has been approved by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation for implementation in 12 California counties for the 2024 commodity year. Kiwifruit are grown in vineyards and are intended for consumption in the fresh market. This insurance program will provide kiwifruit producers with a yield-based risk management tool covering natural causes of loss.

The Triticale Crop Insurance Program has been expanded to cover 128 additional counties for the 2022 crop year in 21 states. This expansion was added at the request of triticale producers and industry leaders in these counties to allow them the same Risk Management tool as other producers. The first sales closing date for these counties will be September 30, 2021.

The Florida Citrus Fruit Actual Production History (APH) Insurance Program developed by AgriLogic Consulting, LLC in cooperation with Florida Citrus Mutual was approved for implementation on May 20, 2020 by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) Board of Directors under Section 508(h) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act. The program was initially offered for the 2022 crop year.

The Hemp Actual Production History (APH) Multi-Peril Crop Insurance (MPCI) developed by AgriLogic Consulting’s AgVersity analytical team under the Federal 508(h) process was approved by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) Board of Directors on December 19, 2019. The program was offered in select counties in 21 states for the 2020 crop year.

The Apple Tree Insurance Program developed by AgriLogic was approved on June 5, 2019, by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) Board of Directors under Section 508(h) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act for implementation. The Apple Tree Program first became available for the 2021 crop year in all major apple producing counties in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New York.

The Caneberry Insurance Program developed by AgriLogic has been approved by the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) Board of Directors under Section 508(h) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act for implementation. Beginning for the 2019 crop year, the Caneberry program will be available in the California counties of Ventura, Monterey, Santa Barbara, and Santa Cruz.
